Clay, N.Y. — A project proposed near Micron Technology would bring more than 450 apartments to the town.
The developer of the large project – Northland Commons – wants to build seven four-story apartment buildings off Route 31 and Henry Clay Boulevard. The buildings would have a total of 453 residential units.
