DeWitt, N.Y. — The Central New York film hub failed as a place for filmmaking, but it has found new life as a radar technology hub for a defense and aerospace contractor.
The former film hub has been renamed Aspen Park and now serves as an engineering and testing facility for radar and surveillance systems made by Saab Inc. for the U.S. military and airports around the world.
