EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man surrendered to deputies after leading them on a vehicle pursuit, hitting a parked car and then fleeing on foot, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies reported that the driver, 23-year-old Carlos Calvillo, failed to yield when deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop in Horizon just before 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15.
During the chase, Calvillo allegedly ignored multiple stop signs before hitting a parked, unoccupied vehicle.
