WAUKEE, Iowa — Plans for Waukee’s first Walmart Supercenter are moving forward after the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved the project’s site plan.
The proposed store would be located at 1165 E. Hickman Road, near the intersection of Hickman Road and Northeast Alice’s Road. The commission considered the site plan during its Aug. 11 meeting, where city documents identified the project as “Walmart Supercenter #09872-1000.”
