JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Community leaders and activists gathered Tuesday morning at the house on the Road of Remembrance, where the body of Tasia Fortune, a Black woman, was found hanging from a tree in the backyard.
The event issued a challenge for Black men to pledge unity in brotherhood, stand up for each other and hold each other accountable.
