SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) announced on Tuesday that three people had been arrested for alleged crimes within the evacuation zone during the Spokane Area Fires including trespassing and burglary.
On August 8, a resident reported to police that their home had been burglarized while they were evacuated and provided video footage, SPD said.
