Victim testifies he fled in fear after Baltimore patrol car strike seen in viral video

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A suspended Baltimore police officer accused of trying to run over a man with his patrol car went on trial Tuesday in a judge-only proceeding after rejecting several plea deals.

Officer Robert Parks is facing multiple charges, including second-degree attempted murder, stemming from an incident on Oct. 28, 2025. The case is being heard as a bench trial, meaning there is no jury and a judge will decide the verdict.

The allegations center on a viral video recorded during the encounter. In the video, a voice can be heard saying, “You goin hit him with the car…hell no, yo!”…
