POSEY COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — The area plan commission is considering a proposed ordinance to the unified development ordinance of Posey County. The newest version will help create guidelines establishing the difference between what is considered a minor and major data centers and how large they can be.
“I’m not 100 percent against them, I am against them in Posey County,” Chris Wolsiefer said.
