A woman accused of breaking into an apartment while armed with two swords was arrested Tuesday morning after a brief chase in Eugene, according to Eugene Police Department (EPD)
Just before 6:30 a.m. Aug. 18, officers were called to a reported burglary at an apartment on Kinsrow Avenue. A female victim told police she woke up to find a woman in her apartment bathroom, talking on the phone and brandishing two swords.
