BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A 54-year-old New Jersey man was sentenced on Tuesday to five to ten years in state prison for traveling to Bucks County to meet a person he believed was a 13-year-old girl for sex, attorneys say.
According to the Bucks County District Attorney’s office, Oscar Castillo-Peralta of Pleasantville, N.J., was arrested on Feb. 19, 2025 upon arrival at a Bensalem Township residence where he was expecting to meet the child.
