NORTHFIELD TWP., MI – A Wednesday ramp closure was caused by robbery suspect who crashed while leading police on a chase.
The exit ramp from northbound U.S. 23 to Six Mile Road in Northfield Township closed for a little more than an hour Aug. 18 after a man fleeing from police crashed on the ramp, said Crystal Campbell, spokesperson for the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office.
