BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A lane closure is planned overnight on southbound Highway 99 starting on Thursday.
The City of Bakersfield said the number four lane, which is the farthest right lane, will be closed on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 9 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, as crews remove a rail along the southbound 99 and Ming Avenue off-ramp.
