HANAHAN, SC (WCIV) — A South Carolina Ethics Commission hearing scheduled for Thursday involving Hanahan City Councilwoman Amanda Colvin-Shea has been canceled after the parties reached a resolution, resulting in fines and a public reprimand against the council member.
The case originated from an ethics complaint filed by Hanahan Mayor Christie Raiwater amid a long-running feud between the two elected officials that centered on allegations that Colvin-Shea improperly shared confidential information related to litigation involving developer Ray Wrenn.
