LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Jefferson County Clerk David Yates said his office is planning to take legal action this week after new state-mandated digital mapping tools revealed voter registration discrepancies for people living along the county border.
The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office identified more than 300 properties along the county line that the State Board of Elections’ digital mapping system shows are in the wrong county.
