PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — A bicyclist is in the hospital after he was struck by a woman who was allegedly driving with a suspended license on Wednesday.
According to the Port St. Lucie Police Department, the crash happened around 6:45 a.m. near Southwest Rosser Boulevard and Southwest Meridian Avenue. Police said the bicyclist was riding on Southwest Rosser Boulevard when the crash occurred.
Officers said the bicyclist was breathing but unconscious and was wearing a helmet. He was airlifted to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition and is expected to survive…
