Wisconsin man sentenced to two years in prison after filming underage victims through windows

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — A Wisconsin man found guilty of stalking and recording an inappropriate video of an underage individual was sentenced to state prison on Tuesday.

Green Bay resident Mitchell Hirt was officially sentenced to two years in prison after videotaping people through their windows.

Court records show that Hirt is ineligible for any substance abuse programs and is banned from contacting anyone under the age of 18 without a chaperone.

Hirt is also banned from owning any device capable of taking photos and video, and is unable to pursue or maintain any romantic relationships…
