EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The City of Evansville is putting over $1,000,000 into renovations for an aging affordable housing complex for seniors.
Grand-View Tower Apartments have 170 units. It’s now 47-years old. The project includes new windows, HVAC systems, kitchens and bathrooms along with security and other upgrades.
