ALTA, Utah (ABC4) — A 16-year-old male has died after reportedly falling more than 100 feet while hiking at Devil’s Castle Trail near Alta.
According to the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office, they conducted a search and rescue operation for the 16-year-old. First responders were able to locate the hiker, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
