Post leaders say the inspections are designed to make sure military homes are safe and healthy.
Inspections are scheduled for Sept. 8–18 across post housing. Each visit will last about an hour inside the home and will focus on safety issues, including smoke detectors and potential structural problems, not housekeeping or cleanliness.
