EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man has been resentenced to 30 years in prison following a retrial in the death of his 11-month-old son.
Taylor Fischer was found guilty April 22, 2026, on a charge of Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death, a Level 1 felony. He was sentenced Wednesday to 30 years in prison.
