ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Florida transportation officials say a contractor cut a fiber optic line, causing signal outages for the SunRail system. The service is now fully restored.
The incident happened Thursday morning near Highland Avenue in Orlando. Crews were doing some construction work when the line was cut.
