HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A woman is dead after she fell off a golf cart Wednesday night in the Surfside Beach area.
Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard identified the woman as 47-year-old Amanda Elm of Myrtle Beach.
