Bomb threat call disrupts Spoto High School in Hillsborough County, no explosives found

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A juvenile is accused of calling in a bomb threat at Spoto High School in Hillsborough County, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

HCSO says that on Wednesday, the school received a call from someone, later identified as a 12th-grade student who attends the school, claiming that there was a bomb inside of the school, and that everyone was going to die.

Deputies responded immediately and searched the school, only to find no explosives in the building…
