Flower Mound’s commercial development is poised to reach I-35W, where a sprawling project along the frontage road could bring a pair of home improvement centers, two big-box stores with fuel centers, restaurants and new residential communities.
Part of the development process included a land swap with the Town of Argyle, which was approved by Flower Mound town council Monday.
