NOPD suspends captain after she left semi-automatic Glock in vehicle before theft

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Police Department suspended Capt. Gwen Nolan for leaving her service weapon in her vehicle before it was stolen.

The department confirmed it suspended Nolan for a day without pay for violating department policy.
