A man incarcerated at the New Orleans jail was left in a holding cell at the courthouse overnight Wednesday, an error that the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office said it is investigating.
Duy Nguyen was booked into the Orleans Justice Center in April on charges of illegally possessing a stolen firearm.
