MetroLink Tulsa offering free fares every Friday through Sept. 18

TULSA, Okla. – MetroLink Tulsa is giving riders a break on fares with free rides every Friday for five consecutive weeks.

The free-fare promotion begins Friday, Aug. 21, and runs through Friday, Sept. 18. MetroLink said the offer applies to all of its services.

Free fares available five Fridays

Riders can use MetroLink services for free on these dates:

  • Friday, Aug. 21
  • Friday, Aug. 28
  • Friday, Sept. 4
  • Friday, Sept. 11
  • Friday, Sept. 18

“For our riders, this is more than a free trip,” said Scott Marr, general manager of MetroLink Tulsa. “It might mean a cooler commute to work, an easier way to run errands, a ride to an appointment or simply some relief from the Tulsa summer heat.”

Riders encouraged to check schedules

MetroLink Tulsa encourages riders to review updated schedules and route information before traveling.
