Namdar Realty Group’s paving project at the Pittsburgh Mills is expected to continue as planned despite the realty company being pressured for improvements at one of its other properties.
Namdar purchased Logan Valley Mall in Blair County around 10 years ago, said Township Manager Tim Brown. Since then, much like Pittsburgh Mills, the mall has slowly deteriorated and township officials have heard various complaints from tenants.
“Tenants, when they can, they leave,” Brown said. “I don’t think (Namdar is) treating us any different than they do their other malls.”…
