TAMPA, Fla. Blake Casper and his sister Allison Casper Adams, the owners of Caspers Company and Tampa’s Oxford Exchange, plan to build a 550-acre wellness retreat called Clay Hill near Dade City.

Blake Casper, the CEO of Caspers Company, is partnering with his sister, Allison Casper Adams, to launch the 130-room wellness resort. The 550-acre property spans across Pasco and Hernando counties near Dade City, featuring rolling hills, natural creeks and vistas.

Guests will have access to a working farm that supplies fresh food, biking and hiking trails, and an equestrian center inspired by Casper’s daughters. Casper said the resort will create over 200 long-term staff jobs on the property alongside initial design and construction work.
