K9 unit detects cocaine, fentanyl, meth, and heroin in Marinette County arrest

GROVER, Wis. (WFRV) — Two Midwesterners were arrested in Marinette County were arrested after a K9 unit detected copious amounts of cocaine, fentanyl, meth, cocaine, and black tar heroin in their car.

Federal probe targets Milwaukee Public Schools for possible civil rights violations

According to a press release, early the morning of August 15, a K9 unit was alerted to the odor of illegal drugs during a traffic stop.

Officers ended up finding:

  • 48.115 grams of cocaine/fentanyl
  • 32.055 grams of meth
  • 14.770 grams of cocaine
  • 4.570 grams of black tar heroin

A 45-year-old man from Niagara, Wisconsin, and a 52-year-old woman from Vulcan, Michigan were arrested and charged with the following:

  • Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
    • PTAC 2nd and Subsequent Offense
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl
    • PTAC 2nd and Subsequent Offense
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine
    • PTAC 2nd and Subsequent Offense
  • Maintain a Drug Trafficking Place
    • PTAC 2nd and Subsequent Offense
  • Felony Bail Jumping
