The Joliet man accused of threatening a Kendall County judge late last year has been deemed unfit for trial.
42-year-old Ryan Deane was picked up in April on a charge of threatening a public official. He’s been at the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville since.
A court order says that Deane was found unfit for trial after a psychological evaluation from May. The order places Deane in the care of the Illinois Department of Human Services for treatment. If he is found fit to stand trial during treatment, the case will continue…
