The Conroe Animal Shelter will undergo renovations over the next six months after City Council approved the project.
At City Council’s Aug. 13 meeting, Russell Miller Construction was awarded the $428,750 contract to renovate the city-owned shelter and adoption center within 180 days. The shelter is at 407 Sgt. Ed Holcomb Blvd.
