CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office announced on Friday that a serious collision has occurred on Edisto Island.
The collision occurred on Highway 174 near Russel Creek Road, shutting down the road afterward. Multiple vehicles were involved, and deputies described the collision as “serious.”
