RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. —
A mother has been arrested after authorities said her 6-year-old brought a loaded gun on a school bus in South Carolina.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said the School Resource Officer for JP Thomas Elementary School was called about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, after the gun was found.
Authorities said it was an AR Pistol with .556 rounds.
