DES MOINES, Iowa — Police hunt for Malik Saadiq, wanted for domestic abuse assault, following a pursuit where he reportedly hit a Des Moines patrol car.
The Des Moines Police Department says 38-year-old Malik Saadiq has active arrest warrants, including felony Domestic Abuse Assault – 3rd or Subsequent.
According to police, Saadiq also led officers on a pursuit Thursday in Des Moines’ southside during which he hit a DMPD patrol car. Officials say Saadiq later abandoned his vehicle in the 6600 block of SE 5th Street and a subsequent K-9 search did not yield results.
