LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock man Livan Hernandez, 28, was arrested on Wednesday, August 19, on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Burglary of Habitation and Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
According to an official offense report obtained by EverythingLubbock.com, an officer with the Lubbock Police Department received a call to the 1500 block of 42nd Street in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress on Thursday, August 13.
