STREETSBORO, Ohio (WOIO) – The Streetsboro Fire and Police Departments responded to a report of a head-on collision involving a tractor-trailer and sedan early Saturday morning.
According to police, the 55-year-old Akron male driver of the semi called 911 to report the accident in the 10300 block of state Route 43 at 2:28 a.m.
Emergency personnel immediately responded to the scene, and the semi driver reported an engine fire that police say appeared to be contained within the engine compartment.
