WALDORF, Md. — A 23-year-old Waldorf woman is facing two misdemeanor charges after investigators say surveillance video showed her entering and driving away in a Ford F-150 that had been reported stolen from a hotel property where she had previously been barred.
Alize Margaret Phipps, 23, of Waldorf, is charged with unauthorized removal of a motor vehicle and trespassing on private property, according to court records filed in District Court for Charles County.
