CHARLESTON, S.C. — A Lowcountry towing company is offering free rides home and free tows if someone is too impaired to get behind the wheel.
EC Luxx Towing & Recovery announced the initiative this month, honoring the death of Folly Beach newlywed Samantha Miller, who was killed in a drunken-driving incident in 2023.
