HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – Horry County Fire Rescue responded to two house fires Friday evening, including one officials said was caused by a lightning strike.
The first fire was reported at 6:01 p.m. in the 600 block of Albemarle Way in the Carolina Forest area.
HCFR said a lightning strike caused a small fire inside the home that was isolated to the stove area. The fire was brought under control, and no injuries were reported…
