KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Friends and family of Amber Simpson released balloons and lit candles in her memory at Ashland Park on Friday.
Amber Simpson, 41, was found dead in Saline County back in June and now four people are behind bars charged with abandoning her body and tampering with physical evidence. However, none of them are charged with her murder.
