CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Real estate development group Urban Story Ventures announces a 350-million dollar project to transform the Bend in Chattanooga.
The company says it wants transform the area into a new retail and residential space never before seen in the Scenic City.
The project is being delivered in partnership with Hill Partners, a leading retail and mixed-use development firm, and Perkins&Will, a globally recognized architecture and design firm.
