BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Cleveland man, 37, was arrested at about 4 a.m. Aug. 9 after he misidentified himself to police during a traffic stop, then took off.
Police pulled over the man’s vehicle on Interstate 480 westbound near West 130th Street after radar showed that he was driving 86 mph.
The man provided a name and Social Security number, which police later determined were fake. He was not carrying any form of identification…
