The Sarasota-Bradenton-North Port region is gaining national recognition for more than its beaches, cultural attractions and growing population. A new report from LinkedIn has ranked the Florida Suncoast metro area as the No. 4 emerging market in the United States for jobs, hiring and new talent.
The North Port-Bradenton-Sarasota metropolitan area placed behind only Augusta, Georgia; Richmond, Virginia; and Reno, Nevada in LinkedIn’s 2026 “Cities on the Rise” ranking. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania rounded out the top five.
