SYTACUSE, N.Y. — A bystander helped Syracuse firefighters locate an unresponsive child inside a burning Helen Street home early Sunday morning, as crews rescued both the child and an adult from the first-floor apartment.
Firefighters were called to 105 Helen Street around 12:42 a.m. Sunday for a reported house fire.
