MURRAY, Utah (ABC4) — Multiple smaller crashes in the same area caused closures on westbound I-215 at the I-15 junction.
According to UDOT, all lanes on westbound I-215 South at the I-15 junction (mile point 10) are blocked, and the northbound I-15 to I-215 South westbound ramp is closed. The right shoulder is also blocked. UDOT says to expect delay or use an alternate route.
Utah Highway Patrol said that multiple crashes caused the closure, but thankfully, there were only minor injuries involved.
As of 8:40, it appears that traffic is moving through the interchange, but there are still blocked lanes…
