DELAWARE, Ohio (WSYX) — More than a year after a deadly crash on U.S. 23 in Delaware County, charges have been filed against the driver investigators say crossed the center line and hit an SUV head-on.
Court records show Kristina Alexander is facing three charges of aggravated vehicular homicide in connection with the crash, which happened Aug. 13 of last year along U.S. 23, just north of state Route 750.
