WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Environmental Protection Agency put out an emergency fuel waiver in hopes that consumers will pay less at the pump.
The new EPA regulation would loosen some gas restrictions, increasing the country’s fuel supply. Starting on Sep. 1, E-10 gas can be sold at a higher Reid vapor pressure, increasing oil supplies.
