Detroit man accused of shooting at woman, holding her hostage in Eastpointe

A Detroit man is accused of shooting at a woman and holding her hostage at her Eastpointe home, Macomb County prosecutors said.

Robert Terrance Phillips-Brown, 24, was arraigned on Aug. 19 on charges of assault with intent to murder, unlawful imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, reckless use of a firearm and three counts of felony firearm.
