Wilmington Police have arrested two additional juveniles on attempted murder charges in connection with a July 3 assault involving fireworks that left a 31-year-old man critically injured.
Police said further investigation by Detective Ryan Kilmon identified a second 13-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy as suspects. Both were taken into custody on August 19. The 13-year-old was located in the 400 block of North Lombard Street, while the 16-year-old was taken into custody at the New Castle County Courthouse.
Both juveniles have been charged with first-degree attempted murder, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony and first-degree conspiracy. Each was arraigned in New Castle County Family Court and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $265,000 cash-only bail…
